We also note how you found the site (for example, a Google ad, a Facebook ad or another website), so we know which advertising works.

If you call or email us, we keep your contact details and the job details so we can quote and do the work.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, quote the job, do the work, invoice and keep records of the job. We don't sell your information.

Who else sees it

• The Zimco Plumbing team.

• Sora, the agency that runs this website and our advertising. Sora receives a copy of each quote request to make sure it reaches us.

• The services that host this website and deliver quote requests by email, text message and chat, including Vercel, Resend, Google, Mobile Message and Telegram. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site (pages viewed, the device and rough location, and whether they call or send a quote request), and the Google Ads tag to measure when someone who clicked one of our ads calls us or sends a quote request. Google may set cookies to do this, and may use them to show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can manage the ads Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping it safe

The website and the quote form use encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and to delete it when we no longer need it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@zimcoplumbing.net.
